Dave Landis

Administrative Pastor

Born in San Diego and raised across the Boston area and Northern New Jersey, Pastor Dave Landis moved with his family to Southern California in 1978 at age 16 and has lived in the Irvine and Tustin area ever since. Raised in the Catholic Church, he stepped away from regular church attendance in his youth and spent the next two decades navigating life on his own terms, which included early struggles with drugs and alcohol.

At age 32, during a painful and deeply challenging season, Dave surrendered his heart and life to Jesus Christ, experiencing a profound transformation through the grace and redemptive power of the Gospel. He and his beautiful wife, Rhonda, have been married for 30 years and have two grown daughters.

Santiago Barajas

Spanish Ministry Pastor

Santiago Barajas and his wife, Luz, reside in Southern California and have been married since 2001. They have three children—Santiago Jr., Zitaly, and Dennise—all of whom serve alongside them in the ministry.

A living testimony of God’s redemptive power, Santiago surrendered his life to Christ after overcoming a past marked by drug addiction. His ministry journey began as a Sunday school teacher at La Semilla Church before serving as a youth pastor at Logos Calvary Chapel. Since 2015, he has focused heavily on teaching and counseling married couples.

Santiago assumed leadership of the Hispanic Ministry at Calvary Central OC (formerly Calvary Chapel Tustin) in 2021 and was officially ordained as a pastor in January 2025. Driven by a deep passion for family ministry, his greatest desire is to see marriages restored and hearts surrendered to God, anchored by the truth of Mark 9:23: “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”
